MarginDesk internal-use terms

MarginDesk is provided by CTSL for authorized internal business use. CTSL permits its authorized personnel to use the installed application for quotation, order, cost and invoice tracking. These terms do not grant public access or rights to third-party software or services.

Authorized use

Use only company accounts and records you are permitted to access. Keep login details and connection credentials confidential. An authorized administrator must approve Gmail and QuickBooks connections. Staff must review new document matches and confirm customer purchase orders before marking estimates approved.

Review and limitations

Users must check imported records, taxes, currency, costs and report totals against original documents. MarginDesk is a management tracker and does not replace QuickBooks, statutory accounts or professional accounting advice. The current QuickBooks connector reads estimates and invoices; it does not create or change them. Intuit’s accounting permission is broader than the operations used by this connector. The current job model supports one estimate and one invoice per job; progress invoices, credits, refunds and deleted documents require separate reconciliation.

Billdu intake relies on copied emails and staff confirmation. Monitoring and scheduled reports require the installed application and computer to remain running and connected. Third-party availability and authorization may interrupt synchronization.

Administration and support

CTSL manages access, backups, retention, corrections and withdrawal of internal access. Disable polling in MarginDesk and revoke the connection in the provider’s account controls to disconnect an account. Previously imported records remain until separately removed. Contact ctslrfqs@gmail.com for support or privacy requests. Continued access is subject to CTSL’s internal authorization and the applicable Google, Intuit and Billdu terms.
